About Us
Primrose
Neighborhood Association was formed in April 2002 as an offshoot from the Blackford NAC (Neighborhood Action Committee) which was formed as part
of the San Jose Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) in order to define
and prioritize improvements for the area.
Primrose Neighborhood Association Goals
1) Continually
identify, fund, and monitor community improvement projects, and
2)
Support the communications and collaboration between residents,
property owners, business owners, schools, churches, police, local
government, and other organizations serving our community.
